I am an individual investor.
I consider the IEX exchange an answer to the unfair advantage that the large trading houses snd electronic firms have thru their big bucks spend on technology and rule trading advantages.
They can bid in tenths of cents and i must use whole cents.
They have access ahead of me by electronid manipulation.
Please approve the IEX aplication.
If you have any expeience with electronic trading and their ploys you realize the great disadvantage Ihave in trading.
There is such professional resistence by the Big Boys to any steps that might empower the individual.
Please do approve the IEX appoication
