1. These shares are owned directly by Lansing Brown Investments, LLC. Dr. Zabriskie, one of ARCA's current directors, is the President of Lansing Brown Investments, LLC. Dr. Zabriskie has shared voting and dispositive powers over the shares held by Lansing Brown Investments, LLC. He disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest in them |
