Dear colleague

Managing Director, Logistics appointment

We are pleased to announce a further proposed senior appointment for the combined company.

Dave Keighley, currently Group Director - Consumer Operations in Telewest, will be appointed Managing Director, Logistics.

As we outlined last month, the Managing Director, Logistics role will report to COO Neil Berkett. The Logistics team will be responsible for installs, field service, warehousing and procurement for our residential customers.

These changes will apply only when the deal is closed and we become one company. Until then, there is no change to the existing management structures in ntl and Telewest.

This information will be included in a longer Merger Update due to be sent to all associates later this week.

Thank you for your continued support.
