three (193) separate account clients.

Heitman Real Estate Portfolio, a Series of UAM Funds
Trust, and 193 separate account clients have given
dispositive power to Heitman/PRA Securities Advisors LLC,
the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt
of dividends from, or proceeds from the sale of 404,165
shares (7.83%) of this issuer.
