1. Gift to spouse, see Fn 3 for additional information regarding subsequent gifts by spouse of these shares.

2. Of the total of 2,025 shares gifted, 675 shares were gifted to the reporting person's minor child.

3. As of March 25, 2003 and reflecting gift on March 25, 2003 by spouse of reporting person of a total of 2,025 shares. Of the 2,025 shares gifted by spouse, 675 shares were gifted to minor child.

4. Reflects total aggregate holdings after gifts on March 25, 2004. Reporting person is a custodian for a minor child who, prior to March 25 transactions, held 450 shares. On March 25, 2004, minor child received gifts from each parent of 675 shares (1,350 shares) for a total of 1,800 shares.
