Explanation of Responses:

1. The securities of Better Home & Finance Holding Company (the "Securities") reported herein are owned directly by Goldman Sachs PSI Global Holdings, LLC ("GS PSI"), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ("GS Group" and, together with GS PSI, the "Reporting Persons").

2. This Form 3 is being filed by the Reporting Persons. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the Securities reported herein except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.

Remarks:

As of August 24, 2023, each Reporting Person is no longer a 10% owner due to dilution.
