3. Owned by the Robert Joe Ratliff Charitable Remainder Unitrust #1 of which Mr. Ratliff is the trustee and in which he has a pecuniary interest. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
