Item 8.01     Other Events.

The merger of Citibank (South Dakota), National Association with and into Citibank, N.A., with Citibank, N.A. as the surviving entity, is expected to be consummated on or about July 1, 2011.  After the merger is consummated, future filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to Citibank Credit Card Issuance Trust and Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I will be made by Citibank, N.A. under CIK number 0001522616.
