The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Philip A. and Barbara R. Harding Family Trust dated January 18, 1994, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

2. 118,085 by the Philip A. Harding and Barbara R. Harding Family Trust dated January 18, 1994 and 100,000 by Philip A. Harding, trustee of the P Harding 2006-1 Annuity Trust UDT dated December 15, 2006. The reporting person is a trustee of each of the named trusts. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the named trusts, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

3. 18,085 by the Philip A. Harding and Barbara R. Harding Family Trust dated January 18, 1994; 100,000 by Philip A. Harding, trustee of the P Harding 2006-1 Annuity Trust UDT dated December 15, 2006; and 100,000 by Philip A. Harding, trustee of the B Harding 2006-1 Annuity Trust UDT dated December 15, 2006. The reporting person is a trustee of each of the named trusts.
