By letter dated April 15, 2008 (“Staff Letter”), the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) submitted comments with respect to certain disclosures contained in the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 29, 2007, filed on February 27, 2008, of Cerner Corporation (the “Company”). During the month of April, our Accounting Department is focused on closing the books, preparing schedules for the independent auditors, and drafting and finalizing our Form 10-Q.
