As previously disclosed, the China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has been conducting an investigation of QUALCOMM Incorporated (the Company) relating to the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law. On February 9, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing the resolution of that investigation. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
