2. Item 7. Reporting perrson serves as voting trustee for shares represented by voting certificate held by Gerdin Family Investments, L.P. Beneficial ownership is disclaimed.

3. Item 7. The reporting person is the voting trustee for shares represented by voting trust certificate held by a grantor retained annuity trust for the benefit of Ann S. Gerdin.
