INVESTMENT CONFERENCES

Werner Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:WERN) ("Werner"), one of the nation's largest transportation and logistics companies, announced that John J. Steele, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the following investment conferences in May 2015.

Wolfe Research 8th Annual Global Transportation Conference: Tuesday, May 19, 2015, in New York City, New York, truckload carrier panel discussion beginning at 1:30 p.m. EDT.

KeyBanc 9th Annual Automotive, Industrial and Transportation Conference: Wednesday, May 27, 2015, in Boston, Massachusetts, series of small group investor meetings.

In addition to the aforementioned conferences, Derek J. Leathers, President and Chief Operating Officer, and John J. Steele, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the following investment conference in June 2015.

Deutsche Bank Global Industrial and Basic Materials Conference: Wednesday, June 3, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois, presenting at 1:40 p.m. CDT.
