AMENDMENT TO INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN

TRANSAMERICA ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. AND

KAYNE ANDERSON CAPITAL ADVISORS, L.P.

 

THIS AMENDMENT is made as of June 1, 2021 to the Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement dated as of April 30, 2013, as amended, (the “Agreement”) between Transamerica Asset Management, Inc., and Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P.

In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

 1. Schedule A. Schedule A to the Agreement is hereby deleted entirely and replaced as follows:
