NOTICE OF DELISTING OR FAILURE TO SATISFY A CONTINUED LISTING RULE OR STANDARD; TRANSFER OF LISTING.
 
On March 17, 2014, CAS Medical Systems, Inc. (“CASMED” or the "Company") announced that its voluntary request to transfer its common stock listing to the NASDAQ Capital Market from the NASDAQ Global Market has been approved by the Listing Qualifications department of The NASDAQ Stock Market ("NASDAQ").

The Company’s common stock will begin trading under its same ticker – CASM - on the NASDAQ Capital Market effective at the opening of trading on Tuesday, March 18, 2014.
