Supplement to Prospectus dated February 1, 2013

1.   The following replaces “Tax Information” in “Important Information Regarding Fund Shares” under “Fund Summaries”:

Each Fund’s distributions are expected to be exempt from regular federal income tax and, with the exception of AMT-Free Fund and National Fund, the state taxes specified in the Fund’s objective. However, the Fund may also distribute taxable income to the extent that it invests in taxable municipal obligations.  Distributions of any net realized gains are expected to be taxable.
