On January 2, 2019, RPC, Inc. issued a press release titled "RPC, Inc. Announces Date for Fourth Quarter 2018 Financial Results and Conference Call." The press release announced the date that RPC, Inc. will release its fourth quarter 2018 financial results. This release also provided the related conference call information.

Financial Results and Conference Call

ATLANTA, January 2, 2019 - RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018 on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 before the market opens. In conjunction with its earnings release, the Company will host a conference call to review the Company's financial and operating results on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
