1. 2005 allocation of employee stock ownership (ESOP) shares,plus shares acquired during the year from the automatic reinvestment of quarterly dividends through a dividend reinvestment plan; avg. price per share was $11.95.
2. 2005 allocation of shares purchased by the administrator for an employee 401k plan retirement savings & investment plan; the avg. price per share of the purchase was $14.09
3. Total FCF shares held by Atlas Investment Company, of which Mr. Thomchick is 25% owner.
4. Shares acquired through the automatic reinvestment of dividends paid on shares held by spouse as custodian for minor children.
5. Incentive/non-qualified stock option grants--Option to Buy. The figures in Column 9 reflect the totals shares held in each separate option.
