Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 16, 2019, KLA Corporation (the "Company") announced internally that Brian Trafas would be retiring from his position as Executive Vice President, Global Customer Organization effective on December 31, 2019. Following his retirement, it is expected that he will continue to serve the Company in a senior advisor capacity. In connection with the transition, Ahmad Khan was named President, Semiconductor Process Control. The Company's Global Customer Organization will report into Mr. Khan effective January 1, 2020.
