The Registrant notified the Israeli Securities Authority on November 9, 2011 that it has appointed Mrs. Hadar Udler as a director of the Registrant with immediate effect. The Registrant filed the required declaration executed by Mrs. Udler with the Israeli Securities Authority as required under Israeli law.
