On February 1, 2024, Akanda Corp. issued a press release announcing an amended non-binding letter of intent for sale of its Portuguese subsidiary, RPK Biopharma Unipessoal, LDA (“RPK”), a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
