Order Backlog

The Company’s order backlog (“Backlog”) as of June 1, 2023 was $10.5 million, as compared to a Backlog of $2.6 million as of March 1, 2023 and a Backlog of $1.9 million as of January 1, 2023. The Company defines Backlog as the accumulation of all pending orders with a later fulfillment date for which revenue has not been recognized and the Company considers valid.
