On October 14, 2023, Adi Nir, the Chief Medical Officer of Inspira Technologies Oxy B.H.N. Ltd., or the Registrant, notified the Registrant of her resignation, effective immediately. Dr. Nir’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Registrant, or due to any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
