Effective December 1, 2021, Martijn Kleijwegt voluntarily resigned as a director of the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Pharvaris N.V. (the “Company”). Mr. Kleijwegt’s resignation from the Board was not due to any disagreement with the Company.

On December 1, 2021, by a special resolution of the Board, Elisabeth Björk was designated as non-executive director of the Company, expected to be confirmed at the Company’s 2022 annual general meeting of shareholders.

On December 7, 2021, the Company issued a press release related to the forgoing matters. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
