Resignation of a Director

On February 8, 2022, Dr. Mei Han tendered her resignation as an independent director of Ucommune International Ltd (the “Company”) with immediate effect due to personal reasons. In connection with her resignation, Dr. Han will also step down as a member of the audit committee and compensation committee of the board of directors of the Company. Dr. Han’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
