(the “Company”) published a blog post related to its receipt of the formal closure letter from the Federal Aviation Administration concluding the investigation involving LV0010 and sharing the Company’s conclusions from the investigation. The blog post is available on the Company’s website at www.astra.com. A copy of the blog post is included in this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
