Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 3 is being jointly filed by Marcus Frampton (MF) a resident of Alaska and Falcon Juneau, LLC (FJ), a Delaware limited liability company. The foregoing person(s) are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the Reporting Person(s).

2. Marcus Frampton (MF) is a Director of the issuer (SCND) and the managing member of FJ and has the power to direct the affairs of FJ, including the voting and disposition of shares. As the discretionary investment manager of FJ and certain other accounts, MF has power to direct the voting and disposition of shares held by the FJ and such accounts.

3. MF and FJ may be deemed to beneficially own indirect pecuniary interest as the result of performance-based fees and profit allocations. Each of MF and FJ disclaims such beneficial ownership except to the extent ultimately realized.

4. 81,812 shares of common stock are the aggregate number of shares of common stock owned by the Reporting Person(s).
