On July 18, 2023, Monogram Orthopaedics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has secured its first conditional purchase order to initial a pilot program with an international healthcare provider. A copy of that press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. Pursuant to the conditional purchase order, the healthcare provider reserves the right to reject or cancel the order.
