Announcement of Special Cash Dividends to Shareholders

On July 31, 2020, Happiness Biotech Group Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that its board of directors had declared a special cash dividend of $0.015 per ordinary shares, payable on or about August 17, 2020, to shareholders of record as of August 10, 2020.
