On February 19, 2019, WestRock Company issued a press release announcing that Robert Feeser will retire from his position as President, Consumer Packaging effective April 30, 2019.

On February 19, 2019, WestRock issued a press release announcing Mr. Feeser’s retirement. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
