Announcement of completion of Phase 1 study for ASLAN004 targeting atopic dermatitis

On June 4, 2019, Aslan Pharmaceuticals Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has completed Phase 1 study for ASLAN004 targeting atopic dermatitis. Final results from single ascending dose study confirm ASLAN004’s favourable tolerability profile, complete inhibition of downstream mediators and potential for monthly dosing.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
