Explanation of Responses:
1. These common units representing limited partner interests (the "Common Units") are owned directly by Trinity Minerals, and include 30,973 Common Units received in a pro rata distribution from Aledo Royalty Company to its general partners. Such Common Units were previously reported as being held indirectly by the reporting person through Aledo Royalty Company but are now held directly by Trinity Minerals. The reporting person is a general partner of Trinity Minerals.
2. These Common Units are owned directly by Westside Energy LLC, and include (i) 14,933 Common Units received in a pro rata distribution from Rivercrest Royalties Holdings, LLC to its members, (ii) 5,605 Common Units received in a pro rata distribution from Rivercrest Royalties II, LLC to its members, (iii) 3,213 Common Units received in a pro rata distribution from BGT Royalty Partners, LP to its limited partners, and (iv) 39 Common Units received in a pro rata distribution from RCPTX Holdings Genpar, LLC to its members. Such Common Units were previously reported as being held indirectly by the reporting person through each of the foregoing entities but are now held directly by Westside Energy LLC. The reporting person is a member of Westside Energy LLC.
3. These securities are owned directly by Brazos Minerals, L.L.C. The reporting person is a member of Brazos Minerals, L.L.C.
4. These securities are owned directly by Chisholm Minerals, and include 246 Common Units received in a pro rata distribution from FWA Partners, LLC to its members. Such Common Units were previously reported as being held indirectly by the reporting person through FWA Partners, LLC but are now held directly by Chisholm Minerals. The reporting person is a general partner of Chisholm Minerals.
5. These securities are owned directly by Caprock Minerals. The reporting person is a general partner of Caprock Minerals.
6. These securities are owned directly by Fort Worth Minerals. The reporting person is a general partner of Fort Worth Minerals.
7. These securities are owned directly by Princeton Royalties, LLC. The reporting person is a member of Westside Energy LLC, a member of Princeton Royalties, LLC.
