Net Asset Value

On December 13, 2019, our board of directors determined the value of our shares of common stock at $10.46 per share as of September 30, 2019, based on the Company’s net asset value. The net asset value of the Company was determined primarily by independent appraisals and considered metrics such as cash flows, comparable sales metrics, capitalization rates, loan balances, interest rates and financial projections as well as other assets and obligations of the Company.
