Item 8.01     Other Events.
On June 21, 2019, the Board of Directors of Kinsale Capital Group, Inc. appointed Diane Schnupp as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective July 1, 2019.
Ms. Schnupp, 53, most recently served as Principal Consultant at Impact Makers, Inc., a management and technology consulting firm, a position she held since July 2016. Prior to serving in that role, Ms. Schnupp served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Capital Center, LLC, a licensed mortgage lender and real estate broker in Virginia, from October 2012 to June 2016. Ms. Schnupp also served in various roles including Director and Marketing Automation Director, Marketing Automation at Genworth Financial, Inc., a Fortune 500 insurance holding company, from May 2008 to October 2012.
