On March 31, 2020, Rodin Global Property Advisors, LLC, the external advisor for Rodin Global Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), distributed a letter to stockholders of the Company to address recent concerns about the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19).  The Company is simultaneously making this information available through this Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of this letter is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
