Immuron Limited (the “Company”) published Half Yearly Report and Accounts (the “Public Notice”) to the Australian Securities Exchange on February 26, 2020 announcing the Company’s half-yearly results.

A copy of the Public Notice is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.
