Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 2, 2020, BeiGene, Ltd. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

As reported by media in China, the suggested list price of tislelizumab, the Company’s anti-PD-1 antibody, will be RMB 10,688 per 100mg at the time of launch. Tislelizumab received approval from the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) as a treatment for patients with classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma (cHL) who have received at least two prior therapies on December 26, 2019. Tislelizumab is not approved for use outside of China.
