CONTEPO™ PDUFA Date Announcement

 

On January 8, 2020, Nabriva Therapeutics plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that in a letter acknowledging the receipt of its resubmitted New Drug Application for marketing approval of CONTEPO™ (fosfomycin for injection) to treat complicated urinary tract infections, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) stated that the Company’s filing was a complete, class 2 response to the complete response letter the FDA issued on April 30, 2019. As a result, the FDA set a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) goal date of June 19, 2020 for the completion of its review of the NDA.
