Third Quarter 2016 Results of International Game Technology PLC

On November 21, 2016, International Game Technology PLC (the “Company”) reported results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.

On November 21, 2016, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared an interim cash dividend of $0.20 per share on its ordinary shares. The dividend is payable on December 19, 2016 to holders of record as of the close of business on December 5, 2016.
