Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 2 to the Report on Form 6-K/A, originally submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 11, 2023, as amended on August 14, 2023, is being filed solely to revise note 1.e. to the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2023 (“Q2 Financials”) previously submitted. Except for the revisions to such note, no other changes have been made to the Q2 Financials, including to the financial tables.
