1. These shares are held directly by The Terry Lee Ledbetter and Reta Laurie Ledbetter 2000 Revocable Trust, dated April 10, 2000, as amended, a ten percent owner of the issuer. Terry L. Ledbetter and Reta Laurie Ledbetter serve as co-trustees of the trust and, accordingly, share voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares of the issuer held by the trust. Mr. Ledbetter serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the issuer.

2. These shares are held directly by Terry L. Ledbetter.

3. These stock options are held directly by Terry L. Ledbetter and vest in three equal annual installments beginning 06/25/2015.
