On June 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of Reliant Bancorp, Inc. declared a $0.09 per share cash dividend. The dividend is payable on July 18, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 8, 2019.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
