Resignation of Ms. Xiaodan Liu from the Board of Directors

 

 

On March 26, 2020, Ms. Xiaodan Liu informed AssetMark Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as a Class III member of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and as Chairperson of Board, to pursue new ventures outside of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., the ultimate parent company of the Company's controlling stockholder, effective April 5, 2020. Ms. Liu’s decision to resign from the Board is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its management with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
