Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On May 22, 2019, the independent members of the Board of Directors of RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. elected Roger Dow to serve as Lead Independent Director. Mr. Dow will succeed Richard Covey, who is retiring from the Board as of the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on May 22, 2019.
