Explanation of Responses:
1. Forty percent (40%) of the shares subject to the option vested on April 29, 2012, and one thirtieth (1/30) of the shares vest monthly thereafter, provided that the Reporting Person continues to serve through each vesting date. The option may also be early exercised, and such shares would be subject to a right of repurchase by the Issuer.
2. One forty-eighth (1/48) of the shares subject to the option will vest monthly, provided that the Reporting Person continues to serve through each vesting date.
