On December 23, 2019, Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration of the Company’s novel antipsychotic, CAPLYTA® (lumateperone) for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults.

The Company’s press release announcing the approval is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
