Explanation of Responses:
1. The shares were sold pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan.
2. The sale price for this transaction represents the weighted average sale price of the shares sold, ranging from $79.09 to $80.88 per share. Upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, the Reporting Person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
3. 100% of the shares underlying the option vested on February 28, 2017.
4. 25,372 of the shares underlying the option have vested as of September 24, 2018. The remaining 42,287 shares shall vest in 10 equal quarterly installments beginning on November 27, 2018, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Company.
5. 100% of the shares underlying the option vested on March 3, 2016.
6. 33,431 of the shares underlying the option have vested as of September 24, 2018. The remaining 20,059 shares shall vest in 6 equal quarterly installments beginning on December 9, 2018, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Company.
