Amira Nature Foods Ltd (the "Company") has been advised that Bruce C. Wacha, its Chief Financial Officer and a member of its board of directors, has purchased 6,240 of the Company's ordinary shares in open market transactions since March 5, 2015, for a total of 11,000 since June 2014.
