These shares of common stock of The ADT Corporation are held by Tyco International Finance S.A. Tyco International Ltd, is the sole stockholder of Tyco International Finance S.A. Tyco International Ltd. has announced its intention to distribute to its shareholders all the outstanding shares of common stock of The ADT Corporation that it holds.
