1. These American Depositary Shares are held by the reporting person in a joint investment account with his spouse, Mrs. Laurel Barr. 24,104 American Depositary Shares represent 482,080 underlying ordinary shares which are not included in the ordinary shares totals shown above.

2. Held in the name of Barco Exploration Pty Ltd. of which Mr. Barr is the sole owner.

3. Held in the name of Barr Super Pty Ltd. (previously Barco Superannuation Pty Ltd.) of which Mr. Barr is the sole owner.

4. This is the US dollar equivalent of the exercise price of A$0.062 using the rate of exchange published by the Reserve Bank of Australia for June 19, 2012 (A$1.00=US$1.0131).
